Definitions
- Application refers to Echo, the software program provided by the Company.
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Echo.
- Country refers to Turkey.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Third-Party Login and Data Collection
The only third-party service available for logging in is Spotify. When you log in using Spotify, we collect the following data:
- Spotify User ID
- Premium Status (only stored to verify subscription status; deleted upon cancellation)
Additionally, if you grant permission, we collect:
- Your location data
- Currently playing music information
This data is automatically deleted under the following conditions:
- When you log out of your account
- When you stop playing music
- When you close the application while music is playing (after 30 minutes)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we collect, use, and share
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Opt-out of data sales (We do not sell personal data)
